will include a special

“Meet and Greet” Horse Section

where you can learn about various breeds of horses and talk to their owners, riders and trainers about the wonderful world of horses. 

There will be demonstrations in the horse arena.

Margaret Roles of Benchfield Farms

will proudly offer Carriage Rides for the entire family at the Reading Pet Expo

 

Benchfield Farms offers carriage services for Franklin, Perry, Cumberland, Daulphin, Adams, York, Lebanon, Lancaster and Berks counties. They offer a variety of horses and carriages for all occasions. Here at the Pet Expo they will bring three of their “rare breed” North American Spotted Draft Horses, Clydes Tony Valley, Riverbend Rascal and 11-month old foal Benchfields Sterling Reflection. Please stop by their booth and learn about the Spotted Draft Horses and many other breeds including Percherons, Belgians and Clydesdales. You can also get up close and even pet Rio and the other two horses and see how small Rio is compared to the adults – some day Rio will be as big as they are!

 

 

 

TNT Paso Fino

 

TNT Paso Fino will present a Paso Fino Stallion, Intocable de Victoria (barn name Paco), at the Pet Expo.  Paco is a  two time National Champion and a 6 time National Conformation Champion.  In the Mason Dixon region of the Paso Fino Horse Association he also holds a Futurity  Championship and numerous Pleasure and Performance Championships.  Paco has produced a three time National Conformation Champion, which also holds a 3rd National Champion pleasure horse title.
