THE LONG ISLAND PET EXPO

“The Long Island Pet Expo will transform
the Nassau Coliseum into the area’s largest
collection of pets, pet products and
pet services under one roof.”

Many companies ranging from small establishments, local area pet shops, pet publications, right up to the major manufacturers will display the latest the pet industry has to offer. Major retailers will offer great pre-holiday deals. Pet clubs, breeders, and associations will be on hand to help future pet owners decide what pet might be right for them. Many of these companies will offer show special prices on a wide array of pet products for the holiday season.

Visitors with an Alpaca
As with all of our shows, the primary purpose of the Long Island Pet Expo is to promote responsible pet ownership and care at a fun family event. The Long Island Pet Expo has something for pet lovers of all ages. A fun day for the whole family, offering a petting zoo, pony rides, and animals of all shapes and sizes... Educational programs and demonstrations are offered throughout the weekend. Live dog shows, bird shows, Reptiles shows, and a new addition the pet photo contest sponsored by Animal Emergency Service will add to the excitement and enjoyment of this event. Industry professionals, veterinarians, manufacturers, breeders, animal law enforcement officials and public service organizations will be on hand to disseminate valuable information to assist future responsible pet owners and to aid the experienced ones. We encourage people to bring their mothers, fathers sisters, brothers, even mothers-in-law... but don't bring your pets; we'll have plenty for you to see.
